On Thursday, August 4, twenty-one STEP employees gave oral presentations of their summer learning experiences in the conference room of the National Biological Control Laboratory at Stoneville, Mississippi. Three earlier presentations were made to Unit and Area staff in the conference room of the Southern Insect Management Research Unit on Friday, July 29, and three additional presentations are scheduled for the second week in August. The Southern Insect Management Research Unit is interested in fostering scientific inquiry in the Mississippi Delta and advancing research skills of temporary student employees.
