Fitness and Weight Loss Study for Women
Women will come to the WHNRC at UC Davis four times per week for individualized fitness training with our exercise physiologists and follow a weight reducing diet under the guidance of our dietitians. Also, women must not be taking medications for depression, anxiety, weight loss or other conditions and may not be pregnant or lactating. Women receive fitness evaluations, as well as stipends for participation.
