Presenters randomly drew numbers to determine who got to participate in the triangle taste test.  A triangle taste test is where you see if people can tell which sample is different when they are given 3 samples and two of them are the same.  People were blindfolded for the taste test.	Dr. Keshun Liu, Cereal Chemist in the ARS Trout-Grains project evaluates the fish smell which is important in evaluation taste.
After the triangle taste test was completed, all the guests that didn’t participate in the initial taste test were allowed to taste the difference between fish meal fed fish, and grain fed fish.  The pink color of the meat comes from a pigment they put in the grain based feed, this is to clearly identify which fish were fed which diet.  Standing: Dr. J.
