The incumbent will serve as a Research Associate – (Research Psychologist; Physiologist or Biologist) to the Grand Forks Human Nutrition Research Center, Healthy Body Weight Research in Grand Forks, North DakotaIncumbent conducts research addressing physical activity, motivation for physical activity, and the genes regulating exercise physical activity motivation of youth and adults. The incumbent carries out experimental work on research initiatives under the direction of the Research Leader. The research will integrate physiology and behavior and utilize the tools of genetics to understand exercise physical activity motivation of youth and adults. -This is an Excepted, full-time, temporary appointment and U.S. citizenship or permanent residents who meet certain eligibility requirements may apply.
