The National Cold Water Marine Aquaculture Center currently employs one Research Geneticist and three Biological Science Technicians. Non-scientific support is provided by the New England Plant, Soil and Water Laboratory support staff.

Eventually, the Center's full staff is expected to consist of 14 full-time federally supported scientists and approximately 45 support personnel.
