Plant Evaluation Agreement

When an ARS scientist provides plant materials to a cooperator for testing and evaluation

On occasion, a Cooperating organization will want to use its own MTA. This is permissible, however, it is essential that the Technology Transfer Coordinator review that agreement before it is signed.
