May ARS have separate Trust Fund Cooperative Agreements, related to the same technology, with more than one cooperator?

 

Yes. Since a right of first refusal to license a patented invention, developed under the agreement is not included in a Trust Fund Cooperative Agreement, it is possible to have separate agreement with more than one cooperator.

 

Can I do a Trust Agreement with a foreign company?

 

Yes. They are processed through the Office of Technology Transfer and finalized in the Headquarters Contracting Section.
