May ARS enter into a CRADA with a foreign company?
Yes. After certain criteria are met in order to ensure there is no interest by a U.S company. If there is an interested U.S. company, ARS may not be able to enter into a CRADA a foreign company. ARS may be able to enter into a CRADA with a U.S. subsidiary of a foreign company after certain criteria are met.
May a CRADA have multiple partners?
Yes. ARS can develop CRADAs that have several partners involved.
May an ARS scientist have separate CRADAs, dealing with the same technology with more than one company?
No. ARS cannot promise right of first refusal to license a patented technology to more than one company.
