We collaborate with wheat producers to evaluate and demonstrate non-chemical pest management with emphasis on control of the Russian wheat aphid and greenbug. Our project teams the USDA Agricultural Research Service with growers and universities in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming.
  • Program elements include crop diversification, host-plant resistance, biological control, and field scouting.
  • Wheat growers help us to understand on-the-ground implementation of these practices.
  • The resources page provides links to our brochures, fact sheets, reports, and updates.
