Cooperative Agreements, University Partners & Informative Links

We have Specific Cooperative Agreements with multiple research partners at Cornell (Entomology, Plant Pathology, Natural Resources), Boyce Thompson Institute, Pennsylvania State University, University of Vermont, Michigan State, Ithaca College, Yerevan State University, Armenia)

We have trust agreements with BTI, University of Maine, National Research Initiative, USDA

We provide fungal cultures from the ARS collection of entomopathogenic fungi (ARSEF).  ARSEF serves academic, federal (ARS labs and others), and industrial customers by supplying requests for fungal pathogens of insects and other invertebrate pests for biological control. Over the past three years, the collection provided 3,215 isolates in response to 418 requests from 152 (73 domestic and 79 foreign) customers in biocontrol research. The collection also served four commercial customers during that period (three domestic, one of which received 531 isolates, and one foreign firm), with an even split among those customers between pest control and pharmaceutical firms.
