headline bar

NCGRP is under the administrative leadership of the Center’s Research Leader. NCGRP’s research and collections activities are divided into three CRIS (Current Research Information System) programs: National Animal Germplasm Program (NAGP), Plant Genetic Resources Preservation Program (PGRPP) and Plant Germplasm Preservation Research (PGPR).  CRIS programs have missions geared towards preservation and curation of animal, plant, microbe and insect collections and use research to improve germplasm usefulness and genebanking efficiency.
