Welcome to Avian Disease and Oncology Laboratory Partnering Webpage!

 

The Avian Disease and Oncology Laboratory (ADOL) formerly known as the Regional Poultry Research Laboratory was established as a result of joint efforts by the Agricultural Experiment Stations of the Northeastern and North Central States and USDA. Since its establishment on August 8, 1939, the ADOL has always provided the necessary leadership in solving problems in neoplastic and other viral diseases of poultry.

The mission of the Avian Disease and Oncology Laboratory (ADOL) is to provide leadership in solving current and future problems in neoplastic and other viral diseases of poultry using basic and applied multidisciplinary, team approaches thereby benefiting the poultry industry and consumers.

 

 

Implicit in this statement is our desire and need to interact with our customers (e.g., poultry breeding industry, vaccine companies) and collaborate with other institutions to achieve our goals.

 

We can partner with you through Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs), grants, Material Transfer Agreements, and other formal and informal arrangements.
